GSCI PVS-7 Gen3 Night Vision Goggles
Exportable and ITAR-free

Available for worldwide export.  These words set GSCI's series of PVS-7 Gen3 Night Vision Goggles in a league by themselves. Canadian-made and ITAR-free, GSCI's sophisticated Gen3 goggle systems not only match the performance, specifications and durability of their US-made counterparts, they can be readily exported with a Canadian export license.

If you're an export user that requires state-of-the-art night vision brightness, resolution and image quality, GSCI offers three versions of their PVS-7 Gen3 Night Vision Goggle system to choose from:

GSCI PVS-7-GA2, FOM 1600-1799
Featuring a high resolution Photonis green phosphor Gen3 image intensification tube, GSCI's best priced PVS-7-GA2 generates an impressive Figure Of Merit (FOM) of 1600-1799.

What's an FOM? It's the multiple of an image tube's resolution (the depth of graphic detail per mm) and its signal to noise ratio (a measure of how "clean" the image) is... the higher the FOM, the better the system will perform. With an FOM of 1600-1799 your PVS-7-GA2 is guaranteed to deliver an exceptionally bright, exceptionally sharp high resolution night vision image.

PVS-7-GA2 night vision goggles feature intuitive user controls, fully automated image tube protection, an integral infrared illuminator and an on-screen IR indicator to protect your covert status. Built to milspec standards, the unit is completely waterproof, withstanding water submersion to a depth of 1 meter. Moreover, it's resistant to salt, fog, high humidity, high altitudes, cold weather, shock, and extreme temperatures.

Standard features include an ergonomically designed headmount with flip-flop levered mounting and custom brow pads to ensure hours of comfortable hands-free use. And when not required, the optics unit can be detached from the headmount and used in conjunction with an assortment of available high power lenses to quickly convert it to a high performance set of night vision binoculars.

Also included are a set of ocular demist shields to help prevent fogging, a sacrificial lens to protect the unit's precision lens from dust and scratches, a soft carry pouch, batteries, neck cord, manual and GSCI's industry leading 7-year warranty.

GSCI PVS-7-ECW-ELITE, FOM 2000+
Take everything we've just written about the PVS-7-GA2 and amp its performance up a notch. That's the benefit of adding an even higher performance Photonis white phosphor ECHO Gen3 image tube that features an FOM that exeeds 2000!

Moreover, the package includes an autogated power supply, a feature that dynamically controls the amount of current that’s fed into the image intensifier. By quickly oscillating - or autogating - current draw from the microchannel plate, the system's image tube instantly adjusts to changing light conditions. With autogating in place high risk room-to-room searches in urban environments can be conducted with complete confidence... your situational awareness will never be compromised by sudden flashes or bursts of bright light.

Everything else remains the same, including intuitive user controls, fully automated image tube protection, an integral infrared illuminator, an on-screen IR indicator to protect your covert status and an ergonomic headmount with flip-flop levered mounting. Waterproof to a depth of 1 meter, the unit is resistant to salt, fog, high humidity, high altitudes, cold weather, shock, and extreme temperatures.

And similarly the kit also includes a set of ocular demist shields to prevent fogging, a sacrificial lens to protect the unit's precision lens from dust and scratches, a soft carry pouch, batteries, neck cord, manual and GSCI's industry leading 7-year warranty.

GSCI PVS-7-4G-ELITE, FOM 2200+
GSCI tops out its line of PVS-7 goggle systems with the PVS-7-4G-ELITE. This ultra-high resolution powerhouse is equipped with a Photonis 4G green phosphor image tube that generates a staggering FOM exceeding 2200. And just like the ECW-ELITE, GSCI's PVS-7-4G-ELITE brings a state-of-the-art autogated power supply to the table, ensuring constant, uninterrupted situational awareness no matter how dynamic your lighting environment.

Add in all the previous bells and whistles we've already discussed, then cap it off with GSCI's industry leading 7-year warranty, and the PVS-7-GA3 Gen3 night vision goggle system represents one of the world's top exportable night vision goggle systems.

HTVRONT tape is as good if not better than the name brand, and less expensive. Will be buying again.

Not a huge fan
Size: 10mm*33m, Color: Blue, Number of Items: 4
I don’t know why I keep accidentally ordering this. I love htvront but this tape isn’t super great for ceramic ornaments. It’s not as sticky as I need.

Durable and functions as needed. Easy to use. Makes getting tape off easy. Wish I would have bought this a year ago when I started ironing on patches to hats.

A great printer with lower pricing
Style: ET-4800, Color: White, Set: FAX/ADF/Print/Copy/Scan
I am quite happy with my ET-4800 purchase. From wirelessly connecting to my Mac to software installation to adding the ink, it was easy to set up. I feel you can't go wrong with this level of ink capacity. It holds so much ink without the bother and added expense of frequently replacing cartridges. I will never go back to a cartridge machine. I don't care who makes it! I've used my printer several times so far, and each time it has done a great job by giving me the colors and clarity that I expected. This is the first printer that I've owned that wasn't a front-feeder. I wasn't sure how I would like that, but I've found that holding the paper straight and then dropping it into the slot rather than placing it, gives the best result for paper alignment. For my needs, I have only used it one sheet of paper at a time. So if you are wanting to load several sheets at once, your loading experience may be different from mine. But just make sure that you do not load more than 100 sheets at a time, per the manufacturer's instructions. Also, be sure that the movable paper guides are in the correct spots for the size of paper being used, without any buckling. To date, I have not used the scanner, but it is definitely a feature that I did not want to be without, so I'm looking forward to using it. The display window, though small, is simple to follow along with, and I appreciate that the angle of the keypad can be adjusted. Working with the Epson Smart Panel app gives a bit more flexibility, particularly if you're not right next to your printer and want to check the ink levels or start a printing job. To use the app, be sure that you turn on your printer first and that both the printer and your device are set to the same wi-fi, so that the app can find your printer and you can begin operating it from afar. Once inside of the app, be sure to check out the "Other Features Menu" from the app's homescreen. There is a link to another Epson app that can be used to boost your creativity and streamline layouts for collages, and a colorful guide full of project ideas that outline everything that you need for each project and how to execute them. There's even a feature for sharing what you've scanned and submitting it as an assignment. This is something that you'd want to read more about to see if it is an applicable and helpful addition for you. You can use the search term, "google classroom in epson smart panel app," to find out more. There is only one downside that I have found at this point. The pull-out paper catching tray in the front feels flimsy. It seems out of place on an otherwise sturdy machine. But so far, I've had no problems with it. I just take my time pulling it out, flipping down the end, folding it back up, and pushing the tray back in. I figure if I baby it a bit, then all should be well. Overall, I really like the Epson ET-4800 as much as my ET-5170. I feel it performs well at an acceptable price point.
