The corset to the waist with a square neckline in the front is complemented by a thin belt, gracefully emphasizing the waist. The laced back is decorated with a double removable bow. This pillow — after dialing in the right amount of shredded foam — has greatly helped my sore neck. Initially, I had to remove some foam.
