I actually have only been taking them for a week or two but if they were not 500mg and a good quality magnesium my body would tell me in just a few days. These have been working fine for my sleep and nerve pain so i do recommend them. There is only one con I would have yo say that I wish they would specify what percentage of which type of magnesium this is. Most likely the oxide at this price but it just would be nice to know. I have the subscribe and save so plan on sticking with it. Good price and it is what they tell me it us plus only one per day. Nice find.
