I LOVE THIS CHAIR! I've had a manager's style leather chair for the past four years from one of the office supplies big box stores and the armrests began to wear off, so the need for a suitable replacement was needed. The lumbar support is a little difficult to adjust correctly and that would be my only item for the makers to improve in future iterations. I enjoy the settings especially the one to lock-in the recline degree of the back halfway and the leg rest is durable and strong. This change was for the better and I'm way more energized to get through my digital workflows for hours at a time without any fatigue. The item is cheaper than when I bought it and that's an absolute steal and bargain with much value hopefully for years to enjoy.
